The Butterfly Effect states that in chaos theory, when some small thing happens it can have a huge effect at a later date. For example, when one small bullet kills someone the resounding effects of that cause a ripple effect not only for the person shot but for all of those who loved that person. In today’s world, we have become very aware of the effect of bullets.

The knowledge about the Butterfly Effect was discovered by Edward Norton Lorenz. He said that the minor effect of a butterfly flapping its tiny wings can affect the trajectory of a tornado.
