One day I was driving down the road with my two small children in the backseat. My intuition communicated to me with a voice in my head. I turned the car around.
As I was driving back home with the two kids buckled in their seatbelts screaming because I wasn’t taking them swimming, sirens of numerous fire trucks sped by me. I turned on the radio, louder than the kids screaming, and heard, “There has been a five car pile up in the direction I was going and an 18 wheeler went off the road. The driver of the truck has been pronounced dead at the scene.”
Simply put, learning to listen to, and act upon my intuition, even when it makes people unhappy around me, has proven to be a life saver for me and my loved ones.
But creating the confidence of listening to, and acting upon, my own intuition was the hardest lesson of my life.
