Today I channeled something during someone’s remote Reiki session that I thought was very interesting. Jesus came to her. He said to her, “Ask yourself every day this question. What does Jesus want me to do for myself today?“
I thought that sounded like an intriguing daily activity. So I wrote in my journal that I was going to start asking myself that question every day. Here’s the answer I got for myself today.
Jesus said to me,
“Give yourself a butterfly hug. A butterfly hug is when you hug yourself and you very gently tap your hands back-and-forth on your arms like they’re the gentle tapping of butterfly wings.”
And while I’m doing that he also told me to say to myself “Jesus loves me.“
I remembered being a little girl and hearing that song with these lyrics;
“Jesus loves me — this I know, because the Bible tells me so; Little ones to Him belong — They are weak, but He is strong.” The chorus is, “Yes, Jesus loves me! The Bible tells me so!”
I remember being a little girl and knowing that I was very, very different from other people and so that song comforted me, especially since I had had a near death experience at age 3. I basically became a mystic after that near death experience. It was challenging at such a young age when no one believed my visions. But I did have a personal relationship with Jesus. It was Jesus who came when I drowned and sat with me and told me it wasn’t my time to die yet. So when I would go to church on Sundays and I would hear that song in Sunday school it really meant something to me.
I hope this won’t be too confusing to you but Jesus also told me to speak with my breasts. That’s not the first time I’ve heard that. So, I asked my left breast,
“What is it that you would like to say to me? “
My left breast answered
“I want you to love me. I’m having a struggle. Your lymph nodes are backing up around me and I’m not getting enough chi. Please hold me and love me and open the energy with Gentle Massage.“
I then asked my right breast,
“What is it that you would like to say to me?
My right breast answered
“I don’t need anything today. Just focus on lefty. “
Interesting, huh? So if you are inspired to start your day with the question, “What is it that Jesus wants me to do for myself today?” Do it. Or if you aren’t a Jesus person make the question different for you. For you, you may ask the question of a different spirit guide. For example, “What is that Babaji wants me to do for myself today?” Listen to your own inner guidance and you will know what to do for yourself. Either way, what an interesting experience.
In the meantime I hope people who call themselves Christians start letting people in America have all the healthy food that their health requires and health insurance. You really can’t call yourself a christian if you let a child go hungry and there is something that you can do about it. We can find our cause to support. We can find our person to be kind and generous with.
But always start with self love and self caring. It’s like the parent told to put their oxygen mask on first in a potential plane crash. It sort of feels like that right now doesn’t it? So take care of yourselves.
